1.Introduction

The Atelier Community Guidelines establish the standards of conduct, behavior, and content that every member of the Atelier community — Creatives, Clients, and visitors — is expected to uphold. Atelier is a premium creative directory and professional service platform built on trust, quality, and mutual respect. These guidelines exist to protect that environment and ensure that everyone who participates in our community can do so safely, fairly, and professionally. By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to abide by these Community Guidelines in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Who These Guidelines Apply To

These guidelines apply to all users of the Atelier Platform, including registered Creatives who maintain public profiles, Clients who submit inquiries and bookings, visitors who browse the public directory, and anyone who communicates through any channel associated with Atelier. They apply to all content, behavior, and interactions that occur on or through the Platform.

Enforcement

Violations of these Community Guidelines may result in content removal, warning notifications, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, or referral to law enforcement authorities, depending on the severity and nature of the violation. Zeraynce reserves the right to take action at its sole discretion and without advance notice when a violation is identified.

2.Our Core Community Values

The Atelier community is built on a set of foundational values that guide every interaction on the Platform. These values are not aspirational — they are operational standards that define what it means to be a member in good standing on Atelier.

Professionalism

Atelier is a professional platform. Every interaction — from how you write your profile bio to how you respond to client inquiries — should reflect the standards of a serious creative professional. We expect members to communicate clearly, respond to messages in a timely manner, represent their work honestly, and follow through on commitments.

Authenticity

We value genuine representation. Your profile, portfolio, and all content you submit must accurately represent who you are and the work you produce. Misrepresentation — whether through false credentials, stolen work, fabricated reviews, or misleading descriptions — is a fundamental violation of community trust and will result in account termination.

Respect

Every member of the Atelier community deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of their background, identity, specialty, level of experience, or the size of their client base. Disrespectful, dismissive, or contemptuous conduct toward other users is not tolerated on this Platform.

Privacy

Respecting the privacy of others is a core community obligation. You must not share, publish, or expose any information about other users — including personal details, project communications, or financial arrangements — without their explicit consent.

Fairness

The Atelier community thrives when members compete on the basis of talent, quality, and professionalism — not on manipulation, deception, or unfair advantage. Do not engage in practices designed to undermine other Creatives, inflate your own visibility, or mislead Clients.

3.Content Standards

All content submitted to the Atelier Platform — including profile text, portfolio imagery, project descriptions, messages, and any other user-generated material — must meet the standards described in this section. Content that does not meet these standards may be removed without notice.

Portfolio Content

Portfolio content must be original work that you created or have full legal authorization to display. Do not upload content that belongs to another creator without their explicit written permission. Do not include watermarks, logos, or branding of other studios or agencies that might mislead viewers about the source of the work. Portfolios should represent your current capabilities and realistic output quality.

Profile Information

Your profile bio, specialty tags, location, and all other profile fields must be accurate and up to date. Do not claim credentials, certifications, awards, or experience you do not have. Do not list specialties outside your genuine area of competence with the intent of attracting inquiries for work you cannot deliver.

Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the Atelier Platform: sexually explicit or adult-only material; violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery; hate speech, discriminatory content, or material that demeans individuals based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, disability, or any other protected characteristic; content that promotes or glorifies illegal activity; and content designed to harass, threaten, or intimidate any individual.

Intellectual Property

All content you submit must comply with applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Do not upload content that infringes on the rights of third parties. Zeraynce responds promptly to valid intellectual property complaints and will remove infringing content and, where warranted, take action against the responsible account.

Sponsored and Promoted Content

If your portfolio or profile content includes commissioned work, brand partnerships, or paid collaborations, you must ensure you have the right to display that work. Do not misrepresent commercial work as independent creative output if doing so would mislead Clients about the nature or origin of the work.

4.Communication Standards

The Atelier messaging and inquiry system is a professional communication channel. All communications through the Platform — including inquiry responses, booking discussions, project messages, and support tickets — must be conducted in a professional, respectful, and good-faith manner.

Response Expectations

Creatives are expected to respond to client inquiries within a reasonable timeframe, ideally within 48 business hours. Clients are expected to provide timely responses to follow-up questions and to honor inquiry commitments in good faith. Persistent non-responsiveness may affect your standing on the Platform.

No Spam or Solicitation

Do not use Atelier's messaging system to send unsolicited promotional messages, spam, or bulk communications. Do not use the Platform to solicit users to move transactions off the Platform for the purpose of avoiding Platform fees or obligations. Such behavior is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and these guidelines.

No Harassment

Harassment of any kind is prohibited. This includes persistent unwanted contact, threatening language, intimidation, sexual harassment, and any other behavior designed to make another user feel unsafe, uncomfortable, or unwelcome. If you believe you are being harassed by another user, please report the behavior through our support system immediately.

Constructive Conflict Resolution

Disagreements between Creatives and Clients are sometimes inevitable in any professional relationship. We expect users to approach conflicts with a problem-solving mindset, good faith communication, and a willingness to find mutually acceptable resolutions. Personal attacks, public shaming, or aggressive escalation are not appropriate responses to professional disagreements.

5.Reviews and Feedback

Atelier may offer review or feedback mechanisms that allow Clients to provide ratings or evaluations of their experiences with Creatives. The integrity of this system is essential to maintaining a fair and trustworthy directory.

Honest Reviews

Reviews must be honest, accurate, and based on genuine experiences. Do not submit reviews for experiences that did not occur, for work performed outside the Platform, or in exchange for any form of compensation, discount, or other incentive.

No Review Manipulation

Attempting to manipulate your own review score or the review scores of others — including through fake accounts, coordinated review campaigns, or pressure on Clients to modify or remove negative reviews — is a serious violation of these guidelines and may result in permanent account termination.

Responding to Reviews

Creatives may have the opportunity to respond to reviews they receive. Responses should be professional, constructive, and focused on the project experience. Do not use responses to attack, demean, or retaliate against the reviewing client. Personal information about clients must never be disclosed in public-facing responses.

6.Account Conduct

The Atelier account system is designed to connect real, verified professionals with real clients. The following account-level behaviors are prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement action.

No Fake Accounts

Creating or operating fake, duplicate, or impersonation accounts is strictly prohibited. Each individual or organization may maintain only one account on the Platform unless Zeraynce has granted explicit written permission for multiple accounts. Accounts created to circumvent bans or suspensions will be terminated immediately.

No Impersonation

Do not represent yourself as another individual, creative studio, celebrity, brand, or public figure. Do not create accounts using the names, photographs, or identifying details of others without their explicit consent.

No Automated Activity

Do not use bots, scripts, automated tools, or any other non-human mechanisms to interact with the Platform, including for the purposes of mass messaging, automated inquiry submissions, profile scraping, or artificial engagement inflation.

Account Sharing

Your Atelier account is personal to you and may not be transferred to or shared with another individual or organization. Access credentials must be kept confidential. Sharing account access with third parties — including other team members, freelancers, or business partners — is not permitted without formal authorization from Zeraynce.

7.Reporting Violations

If you encounter content or behavior on the Atelier Platform that you believe violates these Community Guidelines, our Terms and Conditions, or applicable law, we encourage you to report it through our support system. Reporting violations helps protect the community and allows us to take appropriate action promptly.

How to Report

You can report violations by contacting our support team at support@zeraynce.com. Please provide as much detail as possible, including the username or profile URL of the alleged violator, a description of the behavior or content in question, and any screenshots or evidence you are able to share.

Good-Faith Reporting

Reports must be submitted in good faith. Do not file false or malicious reports against other users as a competitive tactic, personal grievance, or retaliatory measure. Abuse of the reporting system is itself a violation of these Community Guidelines.

Confidentiality

We treat all reports with confidentiality. The identity of the reporting user will not be disclosed to the reported user during an investigation. However, we cannot guarantee absolute confidentiality in all cases, particularly where disclosure is required by law.

8.Consequences of Violations

Zeraynce enforces these Community Guidelines consistently and fairly. The consequences for violations depend on the nature, severity, frequency, and impact of the behavior. Our enforcement approach is outlined below.

Warning

For minor or first-time violations, we may issue a formal warning to the account holder explaining the nature of the violation, the relevant guideline that was breached, and the corrective action required. Repeated warnings may escalate to more serious enforcement measures.

Content Removal

Content that violates these guidelines will be removed from the Platform, regardless of whether any other enforcement action is taken against the account. In some cases, content removal alone may be the appropriate response to a violation.

Temporary Suspension

For more serious violations, we may suspend your account for a defined period during which you will not be able to access the Platform. The duration of suspension will reflect the seriousness of the violation. You will be notified of the suspension and its duration by email.

Permanent Termination

Severe violations — including those involving fraud, harassment, illegal content, repeated policy breaches, or activity that poses a risk to the safety of other users — may result in permanent termination of your account with no right of reinstatement. Zeraynce reserves the right to terminate accounts at its sole discretion.

9.Appeals Process

If you believe that an enforcement action taken against your account was made in error or without proper basis, you have the right to appeal. Appeals must be submitted in writing to our Trust and Safety team at appeals@zeraynce.com within 30 days of the enforcement action. Please include your account information, the nature of the enforcement action, and the reasons you believe the action was incorrect. We will review all appeals in good faith and respond within 15 business days.

Appeal Limitations

Appeals are not available for violations involving illegal content, identity fraud, or actions that posed a direct safety risk to other users. Zeraynce's decision on appeals is final.

10.Contact and Feedback

If you have questions about these Community Guidelines, want to report a violation, or wish to provide feedback on how our community standards can be improved, please contact our Trust and Safety team at community@zeraynce.com. We review all feedback carefully and are committed to continuously improving the standards and practices that protect the Atelier community.
